Adsense - Wester Union #, any ideas?

Adsense - Wester Union #, any ideas?
No clue on what this is 10:57 pm on Jul 5, 2012 (gmt 0)
Hi webmasters, I'm posting this here because it is related to Adsense. Since the stolen cashed cheque that Adsense offered to investigate (twice) but never did, I switched to WU payments.

Shortly after that the payments had a "message" being this just a number. Since that time EVERY payment has a message, another number. I'm always asked what it is and if such number has some use to me, I ask this myself.

Any of you receiving this numbers as message along the WU payment? thanks in advance.

you need that number so you could claim your adsense payment from any western union branch.

Thanks, but actually is another number. There is one, the payment number that serves you for that, but when I visit the WU office they say "there is a message for you in this payment... ohhh weird, it is just a number, do you know that this is?" and I have no clue about this.

So, there is a WU number and a message with another number that still nobody knows what is it for... strange.

In certain countries there is a "test" question that needs to be answered in order to verify you are the true recipient. Could that be it? Here's what Google says:

In certain countries, you may be required to provide the answer to a test question when picking up your Quick Cash payment. This is an additional step to ensure that your payment is transferred securely. You can find this information by examining your Statement of Earnings, found under the 'details' link of the 'Payment issued' line on your Payments page. The answer to the test question will always be the 10 digit number labeled 'Customer ID' found in the top right corner of your Statement of Earnings.

Interesting, in my case the # changes from payment to payment, so it is not the customer id or publisher id... strange... I was hoping to enter the adsense lotto
